This survey is to assess clinician satisfaction and engagement in the CURRENT STATE of handoffs before I-PASS. We will administer this survey before your unit's go-live of I-PASS and then again after your go-live date to evaluate your experience and perceptions with the I-PASS model for evidence-based, structured handoff.
